Key Responsibilities

- Co-ordinate energy protection related audits, LPU, SPU & PPU to address revenue risks.
- Monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions.
- Performance management.
- Compiling and controlling budgets for different projects.
- Medium- and long-term planning.
- Maintain standard revenue protection practices and policies for conventionally metered and prepaid customers.
- Productivity management.
