Senior Supply Chain Practitioner: Acquisition Management needed at North West Department: Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs

Job Purpose:

• To monitor provision of acquisition management services.

Requirements:

• Matric Certificate
• Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6) in Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Purchasing Management/Public Management/Business Administration/Public Finance/Accounting/Financial Management as recognized by SAQA
• Minimum 3 year’s relevant experience in supply chain management
• Certificates in BAS and LOGIS
• A valid driver’s license.

Duties:

• Review administration of tender bid process
• Conduct bid committees administrative support services
• Analyse provision of open and close quotations process
• Review and update approved service providers on central supplier’s database
• Maintain and update requests and quotations registers.
