Job Description
- Our client, a leading property development and construction group, is seeking an experienced Senior Wet Trade Foreman to oversee and manage all wet trade operations on prestigious high-end residential and commercial developments in Cape Town.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience supervising wet trades on building projects
- Extensive hands-on experience across all wet trade disciplines
- Demonstrated track record on high-end residential and/or commercial developments
- Experience managing large wet trade teams
- Proven ability to deliver quality workmanship consistently
- High-end residential developments (apartments, townhouses, luxury homes)
- Commercial building projects
- Multi-storey building construction
- Face brick and architectural finishes
- High-quality tiling and finishes
- Valid driver’s license
