Minimum Requirements

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Proficient in computer applications and software
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Duties and Responsibilities    

  • Full reception, meet & greet of customers
  • Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and timeframes
  • Schedule service appointments and ensure that repairs are completed on time
  • Communicate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Educate customers on preventative maintenance and recommend appropriate services
  • Maintain accurate records of service history and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time
  • Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and promote customer loyalty
  • Ressponisble for vehicle stock control function
  • Floor plan management experience
  • License, registration, dealer stock daily follow-ups
  • Vehicle invoicing and general administration
