Key Responsibilities:

  • Checking and clearing Microsoft Azure mailbox for valid refund requests/ documentation
  • Collating relevant information for submission of refund requests
  • Submission of refund requests & updating of refunds log sheet
  • Liaising with Bash Support; investigations and bank account verifications
  • Processing of SAP journals & clearing entries in SAP
  • Back-up for store refunds process via Synergy

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric
  • 2 years’ experience in a finance/admin environment
  • Have reconciliation experience – essential
  • SAP experience – essential

  • Reconciliation and Analysis
