Description

  • As a Showrooms Head Office Operations Intern, you’ll support the coordination and optimization of our national showroom operations.
  • This internship is ideal for a Retail Management graduate eager to gain experience in retail strategy, store support, and head office operations within a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.

What you will love doing in this role

  • Assisting with the collation and analysis of store performance data across key metrics.
  • Supporting the preparation of weekly and monthly operational reports for showroom leadership.
  • Helping coordinate communications and execution of national retail campaigns and promotions.
  • Contributing to the review and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assisting with stock movement tracking and exception reporting from showrooms.
  • Liaising with internal teams (merchandising, marketing, logistics) to support smooth store operations.
  • Supporting administrative functions including store queries, issue resolution, and compliance follow-ups.

What you’ll need to do this role

  • A relevant diploma in Retail Management or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
