Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the Chrome Wash Plant
- Lead and supervise plant teams, including shift supervisors and operators
- Drive production targets while ensuring safety and environmental compliance
- Monitor plant performance and troubleshoot operational challenges
- Ensure proper maintenance planning and equipment reliability
- Maintain accurate production and performance reporting
- Manage site budgets, resources, and cost controls
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in a mineral processing environment
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Solid experience in Chrome or PGM wash plants (gravity separation, spirals, DMS)
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Hands-on approach with a safety-first mindset
