- Servest Security has a vacancy for a Site Manager (Grade A) to join the team. The position is based in the Western Cape area, reporting to the Operations Manager. The successful individual must have the ability to motivate and lead people.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Business Management Qualification or Relevant
- 3 – 5 year’s experience in a similar role
- Experience in the security industry would be an advantage
- Good Computer Skills (Ms Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Proven track record in the security industry / customer orientated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Grade A PSIRA Certification
- Professional individual who can provide and maintain high service and quality standards
- Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- Clear criminal record
- Ability to work efficiently and under pressure
- Must reside in the Western Cape area
Duties & Responsibilities
- The daily running of a site in liaison with the Operations Manager.
- Attain and maintain a professional site standard.
- Building and maintaining relationships with the client.
- Management of staff including recruitment, induction and performance management.
- Responsible for industrial relations and health & safety issues on site.
- Report writing – monthly reports and incident reports.
- Creating site rosters.
- After hours site visits compulsory.
- Staffing – ensure site is covered as per contractual obligations.
