Snr HVAC Technician needed at Alstom

• Bombela Maintenance is looking to recruit 1 x Senior HVAC Technician.
• The main purpose of this role is to ensure safe, reliable and available HVAC subsystem supply as per customer requirements, primarily through corrective maintenance and repairs
• This role will be based at the Gautrain Maintenance Depot in Midrand, Johannesburg. 

YOUR ROLE:

• Ensure Safety and Quality Assurance
• Ensure effective corrective and preventative maintenance
• Guarantee accurate MAXIMO/ SAP administration and reporting
• Manage materials & equipment
• Effective team work and self-management

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• S4 Electrical or Trade Test in Instrumentation / Electrician with Electronic experience / Electrical Fitter with Electronic experience
• 3 – 4  years post qualification experience
• Advanced Computer Literacy
• Computer System Diagnostic Skills
• Knowledge of Maintenance Systems and Processes
• Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Knowledge of Act 85 of Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Advance electronics knowledge
• Should be able to see in colour
• Fit and robust (working with big heavy equipment)
• Must be willing to work flexible hours when needed.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagram
• Ability to read point to point tables
• South African citizen
