  • Pull & Analyse Data – Gather key social media statistics, audience insights, and campaign performance metrics across platforms.
  • Engage in Social Listening – Monitor conversations, trends, and sentiment to help brands stay ahead of cultural shifts.
  • Provide Actionable Insights – Turn raw data into meaningful recommendations that inform creative and strategic decisions.
  • Spot Trends & Opportunities – Identify emerging topics, behaviors, and patterns that can inspire content and engagement strategies.
  • Optimise Performance – Track content effectiveness and suggest ways to improve reach, engagement, and brand impact.
  • Proactively Collaborate & Communicate – Work closely with creative, strategy, and social teams to ensure insights are applied effectively.
  • Keep Up with Tools & Tech – Use and explore social media analytics tools, dashboards, and emerging technologies to refine reporting and insights. What You Bring:
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, metrics, and reporting tools.
  • Strong data visualisation/Storytelling abilities
  • Experience with social listening tools like Brandwatch, Sprinklr, or Talkwalker.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • An eye for trends and patterns in digital culture.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
