  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media and/or event management;
  • Experience in or interest in the agricultural sector is strongly recommended;
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to rural areas.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the agricultural community and communication in a rural context;
  • Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English;
  • Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite and other social media management platforms;
  • Self-motivated with good planning and time management skills;
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and content creation;
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills;
  • Experience in event planning, preferably in an agricultural or rural environment;
  • Basic photography and videography skills would be a bonus.
