About the Role
This high-RPM technical role manages logistics software data and ensures 100% compliance with global transport management standards. Utilizing AWS for cloud support orchestration and ServiceNow for incident management, the consultant reduces operational risk in client logistics operations. Their expertise leverages data-driven diagnostics to optimize system performance and ensures the technical reliability of the group’s international software portfolio.
Your tasks
- Competent and friendly customer support for our transport management software application CarLo® via the phone and by e-mail
- Identification and analysis of technical problems and malfunctions as well as finding solutions
- Documentation of customer requests and solutions in our ticket system
Your profile
Your qualifications
- Some initial work experience in software consulting is desirable
- First professional experience in the field of IT support/IT service desk desirable
- Good IT and/or logistics skills
- Quick thinking and good communication skills in English/Afrikaans

A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Logistics is required, with growth accelerated by mastering SQL and cloud-native support tools.
