About The Role

• As a Software Engineer III, you will play a key role in conducting research, designing solutions, and delivering software development assignments within a specific functional area or product line. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing individual components, solving complex problems, designing program flows, writing high-quality and efficient code, and performing thorough unit testing to ensure reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to refine and implement system requirements.
• Develop and review software components, ensuring code quality and reliability.
• Translate product requirements into effective software designs.
• Follow development processes, coding standards, and best practices, including participating in code reviews.
• Work effectively within Agile, Waterfall, or other development frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software engineering (3+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in development languages such as C#, .NET, Java/J2EE, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, XML, or others.
• Experience working with complex data models and understanding data modeling principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry best practices for software development, testing, and documentation.
• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
