Job Summary:
- We are seeking an accomplished and motivated Software Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Management Document Services (MDS) and Management Printing Services (MPS) sectors. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to exceed sales targets, foster strong client relationships, and strategically grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the MDS and MPS domains.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional performance and achieve team objectives.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base and drive growth.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Prepare and present sales reports, budgets, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Honours degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in a sales management role, ideally in the MDS and MPS industries.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Other Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
