What Do We Need to See in You?

• Front-End & Configuration Expertise: You have strong front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks, and you’re equally comfortable configuring solutions within platforms like Kurtosys that enables you to adjust settings, create customised workflows, and adapt solutions to unique client requirements. And understanding of data structures (CSV, JSON, XML) and database technologies (SQL) will be a bonus.
• Solution Architect: Your ability to take a client’s vision and turn it into a reality means you can leverage both front-end and back-end capabilities, using platforms like Kurtosys and your coding knowledge to build tailored solutions that address specific client needs.
• Design-Oriented Thinking: You understand the importance of design in development and work closely with UX/UI designers to create pixel-perfect, cross-browser compatible web pages that are optimised for both performance and accessibility.
• Documentation & Clarity: You have a talent for crafting clear, concise, and well-organised documentation that captures client needs, technical specifications, and solution details for future reference.
• Strong Communication Skills: Whether you’re presenting a new solution to a client or collaborating with internal teams, your verbal and written communication skills help you translate technical concepts into clear and actionable insights.
• Industry Insight: A background in the asset management industry is a plus, particularly if you are familiar with the industry’s best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements. You know how to translate technical requirements into solutions that meet both business and compliance needs.
• Development Lifecycle Understanding: You are comfortable with Agile development methodologies and are familiar with tools like JIRA and Confluence to manage tasks, track progress, and collaborate efficiently within the team.
• Adaptability & Learning: You’re eager to stay on top of emerging web technologies, industry trends, and best practices. You are constantly evolving and refining your skills to stay ahead of the front-end development curve.
