Responsibilities
- Ensure optimization of the Division.
- Ensure the availability of resources that facilitate effective service delivery within the Division.
- Conduct legal research.
- Implement the Knowledge Management Strategy.
- Provide education to stakeholders, including consumer education and awareness initiatives for community schemes.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Law Degree
- A postgraduate qualification in the relevant field or relevant NQF Level 8 (will be regarded as an added advantage)
Experience
- 5 – 7 years within a legal environment, part of which must be within the property sector
- Legal research
- Proven record in presentation/training
Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of Community Schemes environment
- Knowledge of Community Schemes Governance
- Company Law and Law of Contract
- Business and performance measurement skills
- Must be available to travel nationally and internationally
- Knowledge of systems and information systems
- Advanced presentation skills
