About the Role

Leveraging Salesforce for performance tracking and HubSpot for training content management, the trainer ensures compliance with global sales standards. Their work reduces operational risk by ensuring that sales teams are technically proficient and leveraging data to reduce the “time to first deal” for new hires.
About the role
- We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Specialist Sales Trainer to join our Learning & Development team to elevate the impact of key sales functions across the IWG portfolio. This role is all about accelerating success; helping new hires close their first deals faster and enabling our sales teams to secure high-value contracts with the support from world-class learning experiences.
- You will deliver and design training that’s practical, inspiring, and aligned with our commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for Specialist Sales Managers to reduce time to first deal.
- Create tailored learning experiences for Specialist Sales Managers that support large-scale, revenue-generating contracts.
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders to identify skill gaps and build targeted development plans.
- Continuously improve training content based on performance data and learner feedback.
- Champion a culture of learning and growth across the sales organisation.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in sales training, ideally within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise client engagement.
- Excellent facilitation skills, in both virtual and in person delivery
- Ability to translate business goals into engaging learning experiences.
- Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset.
