Specialist: Technician Service Diagnostic (Ford Germiston) – Multifranchise Job at Motus Holdings Limited

Position Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Specialist Technician Service Diagnostic to join our Service Department at Ford Germiston. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing issues with various vehicles, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Repair and replace faulty parts on vehicles as needed
• Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles, such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Keep accurate records of all work performed on vehicles
• Communicate with customers to explain repair recommendations and provide estimates
• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner and to the highest quality standards
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while working on vehicles

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Trade Certificate 
• Completion of a formal training program in automotive technology
• At least 3 years of experience as a Technician, preferably with Nissan vehicles
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
