REQUIREMENTS :
- An appropriate undergraduate qualification at NQF level 6 as recognised by SAQA with Accounting as a major subject.
- A minimum of one (01) to two (02) years appropriate experience in Financial Accounting and/or Budgeting.
- Experience in Financial Budgeting and/or Debt Management will be an added advantage.
- A valid motor vehicle driver’s licence (with the exception of persons with disabilities).
DUTIES :
- Assist in providing proper financial budgeting.
- Ensure the management of conditional grants and donor funding through the appropriate processes.
- Ensure effective revenue and debt management in the District.
- Advise on virement of funds in terms of PFMA.
