Stock Controller needed at AECI Limited

Job Description    

• Plan stocktakes and cycle counts.
• Maintain systems to record all stock movements.
• Actively participate in improving the level of safety on the warehouse
• Partake in annual stock take audits. 
• Reporting of inventory statistics to Management – stock on hand.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Responsible for reconciling stock discrepancies and for reporting stocktake results to Management.
• Uphold and work according to all internal and external safety guidelines.
• Daily reconcile physical stock of raw materials.
• Assist with the reconciliation of raw material stock queries
• Ad hoc tasks as delegated by Management

Qualifications & Experience    

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Diploma in Supply Chain/Inventory Management or related fields advantageous
• Minimum of 1 year related experience.
• Computer knowledge of MS Office is a prerequisite.
• Knowledge of Syspro would be advantageous.
