Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level
- Business English: Fluent
- Computer literacy (Intermediate)
- Work shifts/weekends/public holidays

Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor and control stock
- Monitor, administer and coordinate all stock movements (order, receive, transfer, dispatch and administer stock on hand)
- Adhere to stock functions in accordance with the RH instruction and quarterly logistics & financial audit
- Assist with quarterly financial stock counts
- Conduct cycle counts (daily, weekly & monthly)
- Monitor the quality of receiving stock e.g. raw and packaging material according to relevant standards
- Control optimal stock levels, using the MRP and 12-week master plan
Report on all stock related issues
Perform administrative duties
- Ensure data/transactions are properly recorded and entered into the Clover accounting system
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks/requests
- Assist with compilation of annual fixed and variable cost budgets
- Ensure return documentation e.g. containers/pallet counts are captured
- Capture and ensure that transactions on LX systems take place
- Create purchase orders for consumables and lab testing materials
Control own fixed cost
Manage staff
- Ensure optimal utilization of staff

- Liaise and communicate with management in all departments
