Stock Controller – Somerset West needed at Helderberg Personnel

STOCK CONTROL

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly stock takes on raw materials
• Making sure that items are correct on Quickbooks
• When substituting (out of stock items) change design and keep track of changes
• Keep Stock of items in Storage Unit (own transport and a valid driver’s license a plus – storage unit is situated 1km from factory)
• Monthly stock takes on Finished Goods

ADMINISTRATION

• Calculating average monthly usage of raw materials
• Daily Capturing of Production
• Typing of Invoices
• Create Suggested Orders to suppliers in China / Brazil / India etc. to be signed off by MD
• Receive stock and bring into system
• Place packaging / production material orders with local suppliers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a team player with
• Strong IT Skills (MS Word, MS Excel)
• Quickbooks Preferable but working with BILL OF MATERIALS essential and non-negotiable
• Will report directly to MD and work closely with production team
