The Store Manager is responsible for driving commercial performance and operational excellence within a high-traffic sporting goods environment. Utilizing SAP for inventory control and Salesforce for customer engagement, this leader ensures strict compliance with retail protocols and minimizes operational risk through effective stock management. Their impact is critical in translating data-driven sales targets into floor-level execution and ensuring high standards of brand representation.

Job Description
Responsibilities:  

  • Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets 
  • Controlling expenses 
  • Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard 
  • People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management 
  • Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers 

Qualifications & Exprience: 

  • A Matric certificate. 
  • Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.
