Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Staff Management 

• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate store staff.
• Create and manage employee schedules.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.

Operations

• Oversee daily store activities to ensure efficiency.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Sales & Customer Service 

• Set and achieve sales and profit targets.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Inventory & Financial Management 

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and cash handling procedures.
• Prepare reports on sales trends, customer behavior, and profitability.

Leadership

• Organize regular staff meetings to align team goals.
• Motivate and mentor employees to achieve performance objectives.

Qualification and Experience

• matric is required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Several years in retail, with supervisory or management experience.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in retail operations and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
