Job Description

• Our IT Store Projects Facilitator ensures that our stores are equipped with the right software and the right hardware at the right time.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and testing of new IT hardware & software devices being rolled out into our Mr Price Group retail stores 
• Follow rollout program and manage changes made into all our Mr Price Group stores environment.              
• Vendor and supplier liaison (Internal & external)
• Documenting changes by updating schedules, test results, 
• Asset maintenance & management by way of Preventative maintenance programs and asset tracking toolsets. 

Qualifications

• IT Qualification or certification.
• 2 years’ IT experience setting up/working with the following:
• Peripheral devices e.g., card machines and iPad’s
• Point of Sale hardware & software 
• General Networking (Routers, switches) 
• Project management and ability to work within deadlines.
• Preventative Maintenance in the Store network.
• Great communication(telephone etiquette), admin & documentation skills
