Basic Requirements:

• Formal Tertiary education: Grade 12

Experience:

• 3-5 years’ experience in stores controller
• Experience in automation industry preferable
• Tool making Experience (Advantageous)
• Excel experience essential
• Power Bi experience (Advantageous)
• Languages: English, Afrikaans (read, write and speak)

Drivers Licence:

• Code 8
• Code 10 (advantageous)

Job Objectives:

• Stock Taking and Data capturing
• Booking in and out of tools/consumables
• Replenishing of stock levels

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Stock sheet to be kept up to date at all times
• Stock taking
• Checking quality/life of tools
• General store duties
• Housekeeping
• Issuing of all required tools and consumables to relevant persons
• Stock Control – Doing daily checks on consumable and fast-moving items ensuring that stock never runs out
• Liaising with technical assistant regarding new orders.
