Basic Requirements:
- Formal Tertiary education: Grade 12
Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience in stores controller
- Experience in automation industry preferable
- Tool making Experience (Advantageous)
- Excel experience essential
- Power Bi experience (Advantageous)
- Languages: English, Afrikaans (read, write and speak)
Drivers Licence:
- Code 8
- Code 10 (advantageous)
Job Objectives:
- Stock Taking and Data capturing
- Booking in and out of tools/consumables
- Replenishing of stock levels
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Stock sheet to be kept up to date at all times
- Stock taking
- Checking quality/life of tools
- General store duties
- Housekeeping
- Issuing of all required tools and consumables to relevant persons
- Stock Control – Doing daily checks on consumable and fast-moving items ensuring that stock never runs out
- Liaising with technical assistant regarding new orders.
