Role Description

• This is a full-time office-based role for a Structural Technician in our Johannesburg office. The successful applicant will be responsible for technical drawing, structural engineering, steel detailing, reinforcement detailing, building information modeling (BIM) and site inspection duries related to building development projects. The role entails collaborating with other professionals including architects, project managers, quantity surveyors and other engineers to ensure the highest quality of engineering solution for our clients

Qualifications

• Technical Drawing and Drawing skills
• Structural Engineering experience
• Proficiency in Steel Detailing
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant certification or diploma in Civil Engineering
• Experience in structural software including Revit, AutoCad, Masterseries and Prokon
