Superintendent needed at Nelson Mandela Bay Metro

Qualifications and experience required:

• Grade 12 or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Trade-tested artisan/equivalent Technical Certification in Sewer Maintenance and Repairs.
• Code EB driver’s licence.
• Three to five years’ experience.
• Computer literacy – Office applications.

Job purpose:

• Coordinating workflow processes associated with the designated section of the Sewerage Division’s operation and maintenance/repairs of the Sewerage Reticulation System through the implementation of procedures, applications, systems and controls.
• As part of the selection process, candidates may be tested on any requirement, skill or competency, which will include pre-employment screening, medical examination, security vetting and psychometric assessment.
