This high-RPM role manages administrative and service data to ensure 100% compliance with corporate and operational standards. Utilizing ServiceNow for workflow orchestration and Workday for human capital management, the supervisor reduces operational risk across non-technical departments. Their leadership leverages data-driven diagnostics to optimize team performance and ensures the administrative reliability of the group’s corporate infrastructure.

Qualification(s):
