Key Performance Output

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Manager Terminal Services and will be responsible but not limited to the following:

• Provide relevant and specialised support to relevant stakeholders to ensure achievement of objectives.
• Build, support and maintain healthy, diverse internal and external relationships to ensure achievement of organisational goals.
• Implement remedial actions where required.
• Proactively identify Stakeholder needs and recommend solutions.
• Resolve escalated queries and provide suggestions/solutions for improvement of Customer Service Levels.
• Monitor and ensure adequate systems resource levels.
• Monitor the utilisation of the systems to ensure efficiency.
• Assist with the implementation of ad hoc projects within set requirements.
• Continuous feedback on project progress.
• Evaluation of project feasibility and benefits.
• Monitor execution of SOP’s and address non- compliance.
• Provide input into workforce planning and implement approved labour plans to ensure team is suitably staffed to meet sub-functional objectives
• Plan, schedule, supervise and coach subordinate activities within processes or services to achieve efficiency and quality goals.
• Compile and submit Operational reports as required.

Technical Skills and Experience

The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such will be required: 

• Higher Certificate in Business Commerce is essential.
• 1- 3 years Customer Service experience is essential.
• 1- 3 years Airport Operations Supervisory is recommended
