Job Description

• As a Supervisor in Transport, you are entrusted with overseeing courier operations to ensure timely, reliable service delivery across the region. You play a pivotal role in supporting the Regional Transport Manager with operational excellence, while fostering a high-performance culture that empowers your team to thrive. Job Requirements

• To be considered for this role, you must have completed Grade 12 with Mathematics as a subject and hold a valid South African driver’s license (Code B). You are expected to bring three to four years of experience within a laboratory transport environment, along with a proven ability to supervise teams and manage operational tasks effectively.

Skills Requirements

• Success in this role requires strong communication skills, with the ability to read, write and speak fluently in English. You should be confident in performing basic numerical calculations, including additions, subtractions, multiplications, divisions and percentages. Competence in using computer technology to manage operations and documentation is also essential.
