Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Competencies
- Minimum Grade 12
- Be literate and functionally numerate
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrated supervisory experience
- Sound product knowledge of Ash product
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Promote safety and follow company policies
- Medically fit in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act.
Duties and Responsibilities (Not limited to):
- Perform plant maintenance
- Stock takes , daily recons and logistics planning
- Comply with Mine rules , legislation and COP
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities
- Report all daily production and maintenance
- Allocate and schedule work of subordinates according to daily plan
- Ensure targets are met
- Carry out all agreed ad hoc assignments, tasks and projects requested
