Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • N6 Certificate in Computer Studies / Information Technology / Information Systems

  • Foundational knowledge in Excel, SQL and Python (or R), suitable for entry-level analytical work.
  • Familiarity with AI Large Language Models (ChatGPT, or similar).

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and interpret SQL-based datasets to identify trends, support decision-making, and solve operational problems.

  • Support, monitor, and enhance existing data pipelines and internal applications, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Design and build intuitive dashboards and reporting solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective data solutions and tools.

Career Growth & Education

A degree in Statistics, Economics, or Supply Chain Management with a strong analytical focus is required. Career progression leads toward Senior Logistics Analyst or Regional Operations Manager roles.
