Key responsibilities:

  • Outbound Planning & Coordination: Helping plan and manage production, and delivery to ensure seamless operations (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory & Dispatch)
  • Procurement Support: Work with our Sites and Services team, maintaining relationships with suppliers and uphold of SLA’s.
  • Inventory Management: Tracking stock levels, processing orders, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
  • Dispatch: Monitoring shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and coordinating with distributors and partners.
  • Data Analysis: Interpreting operational data to identify bottlenecks, solve problems, and find opportunities for improvement.
  • Cost Reduction: Developing strategies to cut expenses while maintaining quality.
  • Process Improvement: Innovating and optimizing supply chain processes for greater efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Identifying vulnerabilities and helping create contingency plans.
  • Sustainability: Implementing eco-friendly practices and meeting environmental goals.

A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Operations Management is the standard requirement.
