  • As the Supply Chain Associate Manager HNC South Africa, you’ll lead end-to-end supply chain operations at our Isando site, driving efficiency and service excellence for our customers. You’ll oversee raw materials and finished goods planning, order management, and Market Ready Solutions (MRS) operations. Your key responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize all supply chain operations at the Isando site, including planning, production, and order management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to align local operations with business goals.
  • Manage inventory levels and drive manufacturing efficiency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service and operational excellence.
  • Guide, develop, and support the local supply chain team to achieve strategic objectives.

You bring

  • Proven minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain management, ideally within an international and matrix organization.
  • Master’s degree and fluency in English.
  • Self-driven, high learning agility, attention to detail, and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, production planning, and inventory management.
