Description

  • Maximise sustainability and growth of Enaex by analyzing the business environment, identifying and evaluating constraints, opportunities and threats, identifying and prioritizing opportunities and risk mitigating actions and implementing relevant strategies, as required
  • Enhance operational performance and profitability, by understanding operational requirements, developing and prioritizing optimization initiatives, identifying constraints and devising solutions, identifying opportunities and initiatives to capitalise on these, supporting operational goals and objectives as required
  • Manage operational optimization by collaborating with relevant departments to understand resource requirements for personnel, equipment and materials, understanding the strategic priorities and operational needs and allocating resources, accordingly, as required
  • Develop communication plans to effectively inform stakeholders about upcoming changes in the supply chain.
  • Address potential resistance to change and provide support to employees during transition periods.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptation within the supply chain.
  • Lead the selection and implementation of new supply chain management systems (SCMs), including ERP integrations.
  • Design and manage data migration strategies to ensure accurate information transfer.
  • Develop user training programs for all levels of employees on new technologies.
  • Analise current supply chain processes and identify areas for optimisation through automation or streamlining.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
  • Consolidate the one SC monthly report with inputs from the other SC managers, including developing key SC metrics to measure performance.
  • Contribute to SC inputs for tenders, ensuring supply chain requirements are incorporated.
  • Collaborate with Planning & Optimizations team with slow moving and aging stock to be included in SC Monthly reporting

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
  • B.Com or relevant Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 to 8 years in Supply Chain management experience
