Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
- N6 in Supply Chain and Logistics or any equivalent discipline

- Creativity in developing content, ideas, and marketing concepts.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media channels, Google Analytics, email marketing tools).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace tools.

Key responsibilities:
- Outbound Planning & Coordination: Helping plan and manage production, and delivery to ensure seamless operations (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory & Dispatch)
- Procurement Support: Work with our Sites and Services team, maintaining relationships with suppliers and uphold of SLA’s.
- Inventory Management: Tracking stock levels, processing orders, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Dispatch: Monitoring shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and coordinating with distributors and partners.
- Data Analysis: Interpreting operational data to identify bottlenecks, solve problems, and find opportunities for improvement.
- Cost Reduction: Developing strategies to cut expenses while maintaining quality.
- Process Improvement: Innovating and optimizing supply chain processes for greater efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identifying vulnerabilities and helping create contingency plans.
- Sustainability: Implementing eco-friendly practices and meeting environmental goals.

A National Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or Accounting is the standard requirement for this entry-level path.
