Purpose of the Role

  • To support the Support Renewals team with customer coordination, account health tracking, and the end-to-end renewals process. The role provides exposure to commercial operations, customer engagement, and Oracle’s support business.

Responsibilities
What You Will Do

  • Support SAMs during customer calls by capturing notes and follow-up actions.
  • Assist with renewal preparation, customer data updates, and timeline tracking.
  • Maintain account documentation, plans, and internal systems.
  • Coordinate with Support, Product, and Sales teams on open items.
  • Track escalations and customer concerns under guidance.
  • Prepare basic reports related to account health or renewal progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, MIS, IT, Commerce, or related field.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with interest in technology.
  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Desired Experience (Not required, but beneficial)

  • Exposure to customer service, coordination, or group project work.
  • Basic understanding of software or cloud concepts.
