Key Responsibilities

  • The incumbent will be responsible to support resellers and end-users with regards to product-related queries and to provide a reporting channel for programme errors. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Senior Certificate or NQF4 equivalent.
  • A tertiary qualification and/or Industry Certification with an IT technical base will be advantageous.

Knowledge:

  • At least 2-3 years SYSPRO product experience.
  • Very good Microsoft SQL skills 
  • Very good IT Technical with SYSPRO infrastructure experience. Relevant experience in a call desk environment.
