ROLE REQUIREMENT

  • Involvement in the support and implementation Cisco Switches and other Customer Equipment.
  • Resolve with the assistance of Vodacom CSOC any customer site issues on the mentioned products.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure.
