ROLE REQUIREMENT
- Involvement in the support and implementation Cisco Switches and other Customer Equipment.
- Resolve with the assistance of Vodacom CSOC any customer site issues on the mentioned products.
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure.
