Position Overview: 

• As a Surveillance/Security Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring the security and integrity of our gaming activities and premises.
• Working in our cutting-edge surveillance facilities, you’ll monitor live gaming sessions, detect, and prevent fraudulent behaviour, and uphold regulatory standards to protect our players and company interests.
• Preference will be given to female applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live gaming activities using advanced surveillance technology.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Gather evidence and prepare detailed reports on surveillance findings.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with gaming floor staff and management.

Qualifications:

• Previous CCTV monitoring experience or Control Room experience
• Computer literate especially Microsoft Office Software
• Health and Safety Qulaification and experience

Skills and Abilities:

• Proficiency in surveillance techniques and equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating with colleagues.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus during extended surveillance sessions.
