Survey Technician needed at eThekwini Municipality

Key Responsibility Areas

• Conduct field inspections for survey projects
• Measure height difference between points to the required accuracies
• Survey property beacons such as buildings, walls, fences etc
• Download on site observations into computer software
• Liaise and provide advice to the public, community leaders, contractors and other staff
• Undertake calculations and preparation of plans

Essential Requirements

• Diploma (NQF level 6) in the surveying or geomatics field or equivalent
• Valid motor vehicle driving license
• 2 Years relevant experience
