Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming of visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Informing the host of the visitor’s arrival
  • Signing in of visitors, according to the Company procedure
  • Manage queries as they arise in a professional manner, striving for a positive resolution.
  • Answer, transfer and execute switchboard calls correctly in a timeous and professional manner.
  • Providing an ultimate service experience to both internal and external customers
  • Updating of relevant IT systems with customer complaints, compliments, and queries
  • Administration, as and when required.
  • Always represent the TFG image and values

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Have a Matric certificate.
  • Minimum of 2 year’s relevant working experience in switchboard and reception

Skills:

  • Be PC literate, with Basic Excel knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passionate about customer service 
  • Have good interpersonal skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage conflict effectively.
