Description

  • Stefanutti Stocks are seeking a reliable and skilled Systems Administrator with extensive experience in Mikrotik and certifications in MTCRE (MikroTik Certified Routing Engineer) and MTCNA (MikroTik Certified Network Associate). The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure, providing user support, and traveling to sites as required.

Key Responsibilities: 

Network Management:

  • Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure using Mikrotik devices.
  • Implement and manage routing, switching, and firewall policies.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards.

User Support:

  • Provide technical support to end-users and resolve hardware/software issues.
  • Assist users with network connectivity problems and other IT-related queries.
  • Maintain an organized system of user support documentation.

Site Visits:

  • Travel to various sites to perform network installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments for new installations.
  • Ensure all on-site activities are performed efficiently and to a high standard.

System Administration:

  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
  • Implement and monitor system security measures.

Minimum Requirements: 

Certifications:

  • MTCRE (MikroTik Certified Routing Engineer)
  • MTCNA (MikroTik Certified Network Associate)

Experience:

  • Proven experience with Mikrotik routers and wireless technologies.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching.
  • Experience in network security practices and tools.
