What will you do?
- The Systems Design and Integration Analyst will play a crucial role in planning and executing a program of projects and related activities to achieve specific business objectives.
- This role primarily focuses on finance crime, legal, and compliance application environments.
- The analyst will be responsible for designing new systems and implementing significant changes to existing systems, collaborating closely with the data architect to design relevant databases using Technology Architecture Models.
- This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to ensure the successful design, integration implementation, and support of critical group systems within the organization.
What will make you successful in this role?
System Design and Implementation:
- Analyze business requirements and design IT systems to meet those needs.
- Develop and implement system business architecture and configurations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system designs align with business goals.
Technical Support:
- Provide second and third-level support for IT systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
Documentation and Training:
- Create and maintain comprehensive systems documentation.
- Develop user manuals, technical integration standards and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and IT relevant business teams
Project Management:
- Manage and coordinate GLCF applications projects from inception to completion including but not limited to road mapping for both current and future.
- Ensure requirements and input that our function is responsible are delivered on time, within scope
- Advise and effectively communicate within technical deliverables
- Ensure that communication on progress or status to all stakeholders
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Implement best practices for system design, integration and support
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Certifications
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in systems design, integration and support.
- Proven experience with system architecture and implementation.
