Tablet Operator Setter needed at Nurture Brands

Responsibilities:

• Ensure and verify adequate materials and supplies are available at the right quality to complete operations as per job requirement.
• Facilitate movement of raw materials to/from the required production area (raw material returns, or supply to machine).
• Assist in movement of production waste to designated areas.
• Perform maintenance checks and troubleshooting according to relevant SOP and works order generated.
• Report defective equipment to the departmental supervisor
• Set up accurately, maintain and troubleshoot machinery and process tooling according to template and SOP’s.
• Mount, set, fit sub-components to machines and adjust controller / hardware settings as per SOP’s.
• Use appropriate tools to execute maintenance and setting up of machines according to SOP’s.
• Ensure that production equipment is in its original state (Nuts, bolts, covers etc.).

Requirements:

Essential:

• Grade 12, preferably with Math’s.
• N2 Technical Qualification, preferably N3 with valid Truck/Forklift License.

Experience:

• At least 2 year’s experience in a GMP production environment performing the relevant job.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP.
• Basic Computer literacy.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety.
• Technical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge.
