The Position:

• To provide a talent acquisition and selection service to Eduvos.

Minimum qualification:

• A relevant honours qualification (BCom, HR, Industrial Psychology, etc)
• Masters degree will be preferable
• Registration as a psychometrist or Industrial Psychologist will be preferable

Experience:

• Relevant talent acquisition and selection experience with a proven track record of meeting client expectations 

Functional and technical competencies:

• Knowledge of the criteria that predict and impact performance
• Good understanding of company brand and culture and employee branding and value proposition
• Good understanding of how to use technology to enable talent acquisition and selection
• Coaching skills
• Excellent understanding of competency-based selection methodologies

Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition and Selection Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for:

• Maintenance and continuous improvement of the talent acquisition and selection system – process / methodologies / policies / technology
• Implementation of talent acquisition and selection services:

1. People specifications / selection criteria
2. Sourcing 
3. Response handling / Screening / Short listing
4. Selection / Interviewing
5. Facilitating assessments (technical / behavioural / psychometric)
6. Referencing
7. Offering
8. Handover to on-boarding
9. Regretting
