Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, screen, and engage junior and senior STEM professionals.
  • Build and maintain a database of job-ready candidates.
  • Match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on skills and experience.

  • Present suitable candidates to potential employers.
  • Track and report on placements, employer feedback, and hiring success rates.

Requirements

  • Studying or recently completed a degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Passion for recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer relations.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, and sourcing tools.
  • Ability to organize and maintain candidate and employer databases.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving successful placements.
