Minimum Requirements
What You Need to Succeed
We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven professional with:
- A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a senior recruitment or headhunting role specialising in technical and specialised placements for manufacturing, chemical, and logistics companies.
- Strong expertise in executive search and headhunting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to address complex recruitment challenges.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders at all levels.
- A collaborative and relationship-driven approach, with experience working closely with executives, HR teams, and external partners.
- Adaptability and professional resilience to navigate the ever-changing talent landscape.
Duties & Responsibilities
Your Role & Responsibilities
As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the group’s workforce by:
- Designing and executing talent acquisition strategies that enable KAP to attract a diverse and skilled workforce.
- Collaborating with Human Capital Executives and Generalists across the group to understand and address talent needs, succession planning, and employment equity targets.
- Enhancing the employer brand through strategic branding initiatives that position KAP as an employer of choice.
- Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging talent mapping, market intelligence, and digital recruitment technologies to attract passive candidates.
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates to develop a talent pipeline for critical and scarce skills roles.
- Continuously improving recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce hiring lead times.
