Overview of Key Job Responsibilities:

Handle the end-to-end recruitment process:

  • Ensure that all candidate applications are screened timeously and that candidates receive the required communication as they are moved through the process via the ATS system
  • Always ensure an optimal candidate experience when handling all applications
  • Drafting and posting adverts on all relevant job boards when required and provide feedback on the effectiveness of adverts placed.
  • Conduct briefing sessions with hiring managers to discuss new and revised roles, ensuring alignment on requirements and addressing any previous concerns.
  • Following up with candidates and effectively communicating with them throughout the recruitment process.
  • Telephonically screening and Shortlisting candidates and compiling candidate summary for submission to Hiring manager.
  • Compiling recruitment reports as required
  • Review the effectiveness of current adverts and provide recommendations to manager on potential adjustments to enhance these rates.
  • Liase with recruitment vendors when required.
  • Running all pre-employment checks and ensuring checks are up to date when required.
  • Drafting offer letters for successful candidates and sending out business communication for new starts
  • Ad hoc administration.
  • Ensure that required recruitment processes are followed from inception to onboarding.
  • Ensure that internal stakeholders are kept abreast of the status of their recruitment requests.
  • Ensure that all roles are closed timeously and all necessary documentation submitted.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience in all candidate engagements
  • Time to hire – Ensure that we maintain a time to hire ratio of 6 weeks average for most roles

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant qualification in HR or related field
  • Minimum 3 years solid experience in end-to-end recruitment specializing in recruiting for niche and support roles.
  • Prior experience recruiting for sales roles within the call center space is required 
  • Proficient in MS Office with good reporting skills
  • Must have extensive experience working on various recruitment portals and an ATS.
  • Ideally accredited to conduct verification checks on MIE.
